The first 25 minutes of the war. After reading it, I had to take a step back from this issue for a while before reviewing it. Major events happen in this issue, events that have been building for a few years now.

The week has finally ended, and with it massive delays of real world work. Last Friday we were let go early as the snow rolled in and blanketed everything. Ice and snow then prevented normal modes of transportation, despite DC being generally open.
