Today was the first day back at work for me after the massive snow we had around here. I had been out of work for a whole week, which is how I have been able to get so much knocked out on this site in such a quick amount of time.
It was weird to fall back into my normal habits. My sleep schedule had slipped a bit, but this morning once I arrived on site I was wide awake. I needed to be full alert with everything being delayed by a week. However, as soon as I booted my computer up I sat there for about 10 minutes with a feeling like I had forgotten everything. The questions and requests suddenly flooded in as people learned I was on site, and everything fell back into place.
Now the interesting part comes into play. I’m about a week ahead on the web comic, and I’m working 10 hours a day this week. Can I meet the deadlines now that the snow vacation is over? I don’t have any doubts, but it will take the formation of a few new habits…Share on Facebook
